These Terms & Conditions apply to all reservations made through the online booking engine of Nautica Apartments & Spa ("we", "us", "the host"), Zdrace 41A, 22244 Betina, Murter, Croatia. By completing a reservation you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms.
A reservation is considered confirmed once you receive a written confirmation by e-mail. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all guests included in the reservation. Please check that all details (dates, unit, number of guests) are correct; we are not liable for errors in the information you provide.
All prices are shown in EUR and are per unit per night unless stated otherwise. Prices include VAT where applicable. The residence/tourist tax of €2 per adult per night and €1 per child (12–18 years) per night — free under 12 — is not included and is payable on arrival. The end-of-stay cleaning fee of €80 per stay is not included in the price. Prices may vary by season and are confirmed at the moment of booking.
To guarantee your reservation, valid credit/debit card details are required at the time of booking. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is charged at booking; the remaining balance is due on arrival. Card data is processed securely by our payment provider and is not stored on our website.
In the case of cancellation more than 1 month before arrival, the 50% deposit will be charged. In the case of cancellation within 1 month before arrival, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. In case of a no-show or early departure, the full amount of the reservation will be charged. To cancel or change a booking, contact us at info@nauticaapartmentsmurter.com.
For context: under EU and Croatian consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed by the Croatian Consumer Protection Act), the general 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to accommodation bookings made for a specific date or period — so the cancellation terms above, rather than a statutory withdrawal right, govern changes and cancellations to your booking.
Check-in: 15:00–19:00. Check-out: until 10:00. Please contact us in case of a late arrival. A valid ID or passport is required at check-in for registration, as required by Croatian law. Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged on request, subject to availability.
Guests agree to use the accommodation with care and to respect other guests and neighbours. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 09:00. The number of guests may not exceed the capacity of the booked unit. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Any damage caused during the stay is the responsibility of the guest. A damage deposit of €200 is collected on arrival (cash or card).
We are not liable for personal injury, loss or damage to guests' belongings, except where caused by our proven negligence. We are not responsible for disruptions beyond our control (e.g. weather, utility outages, force majeure).
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government measures or other force majeure events.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Šibenik, Croatia.
