To process your reservation we collect: full name, e-mail address, phone number, postal address, country, number and details of guests, dates of stay, payment/credit card data (processed by our payment provider), and any additional information you provide (special requests). For legal registration of guests we may also collect date of birth, nationality and ID/passport details on arrival.
Your data may be shared with: our booking and channel-management provider (Rentlio), our payment provider for secure card processing, and public authorities where required by law (e.g. the eVisitor guest registration system). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We keep reservation and invoicing data for as long as required by Croatian accounting and tax law (usually 11 years for financial records). Data used for marketing is kept until you withdraw consent. Data no longer needed is securely deleted.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. Payment card data is handled by a certified payment processor over a secure connection and is not stored on our website.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, to data portability, and to object to processing.
